Lateral Thinking: Mr. Burgh and his men searched the frozen tundra for escaped convict Echo Acosta. Just as they were about to give up, one of Burgh's men spotted a body. Echo Acosta was found lying dead, in the snow. There were no tracks leading to or away from the body. The cause of death was partially due to the unopened pack on Echo's back. Echo did not die of thirst, or hunger, or cold. What was in Echo's pack that led to her death?
