Today in class: Students were given their textbooks to take home and keep at home. Students received their very first TIPS homework assignment which is due this Friday, August 23rd, 2013. Normally these will be handed out on Monday and be due on Thursday of every week. TIPS stands for " Teachers Involving Parents in SChool. A TIPS assignment requires your child to do the work while working with you. Parents are asked to involve themselves and please sign the homework so your child can turn it in for credit.

Students in all periods took a pre-test to determine the level of knowledge they have going into the year.

Students were reminded they will be outside tomorrow and should dress accordingly.
