A blog of my daily activities. As a teacher that consists of what I do at my job. I caution the reader that, while I have checked the links and items I have added to my blog, should you or your child navigate away from this page you may find objectionable content on the internet. Today in class: Students watched the last 5 minutes of the Scientific method video and we reviewed for the test tomorrow. The test will be about 25 questions long and ANY vocabulary word is fair game. You can also expect several lab scenarios that describe the experiments people are performing and be asked to identify the Independent (Test) variable and the Dependent (Outcome) variable. You will also need to know the 7 steps in the scientific method and which of the three stages those steps are located under. The three steps are Pre- Experimental, Experimental, and Post Experimental.
Students were recognized today for maintaining an "A" average through the first 4 weeks of class. These students are now StarFleet cadets and recieved a DMS dollar and 100 points good toward a homework assignment or quiz.
Period 7 cadets who also maintained an A average through the first 4 weeks.
Bob was very interested in the new aquarium!
