Recap:
Well, yesterday was an exciting day as the Golden Apple caravan surprised me in 2nd period! Thankfully my demonstration of inertia, friction, momentum and Newton's Laws worked because it hadn't in first period.
In 7th grade, we continued our discussion of the heart and circulatory system.

Brain Bender:
Captain Frank was out for a walk when it began to rain. He did not have an umbrella and he wasn't wearing a hat. His clothes were soaked, yet not a hair on his head got wet. How could this happen?

Agenda:
8th grade:
Today we are going to play catch up. Students will get the Chromebooks and finish taking notes over the slide presentation and then watch the video and take notes on it.
AFTER you show me your notes, you may continue collecting data with your mousetrap cars while I enter grades. We were supposed to take the hovercraft our today but the weather is not going to cooperate so we will do that, next week.
You may read ahead and go over the opening page for Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation and watch the video on it as well.
If you're feeling particularly adventurous, you can try these problems!

7th Grade
Finish taking notes over the circulatory system. Watch the video using the Chromebooks and work on the Heart Lab diagram AFTER you have shown me your completed circulatory system packet.
Work with your table partner to answer the questions.
