Bell-ringer/ Essential Question:

What do I need to do in this class to be successful?

Log in to Skyward and do the pop quiz that is posted there. Be done by the time I am done with attendance.

Recap:

In all classes we went over accuracy and precision and moved from our understanding in gaming to a scientific investigation of bacteria in classrooms. Students who were still having difficulty with these words were told to add them to their vocabulary list. Both classes were assigned chapter one as reading and Biology 1 students had their reading assignment split between groups so they could share important information with the class today.

All classes finished the fortune telling fish lab and added it to their homework folders.

AP Biology students began the Chi Square test lab by tossing pennies 100 times.

I had to rehash some of the class rules since we have now had 2 spilled drinks that I have had to clean up and several incidents with gum. Please follow our rules or we will have to make it so those things can't happen.

Leaving class. I also went over how to leave class again, I expect you to use my digital hall pass, but if you use the clip board then you MUST fill it out completely. If you don't you will not be allowed to leave class in the future.

One last thing. PLEASE do not interrupt my class if it is in session because you left something in the room. I have asked other teachers not to let you come to my room.
