Today in class: Students did the entry task, The Elephant poem and answered several questions.

In the elephant poem students encountered 6 blind men fro Indostan who love learning. All six go together to see and learn about the elephant. as they are each making an examination, they all feel different parts of the elephant and determine it is very different from what the other describe. We did questions 1 & 2 in class and students were to write a poem or short story about question 3. This is due tomorrow when they arrive in class. I covered notes in Power point and the link is posted in yesterday's blog post.
