EQ: What do I need to know to be successful this year? What do I need to do to make it a successful year?
Take 1 sheet of card stock and fold it in half. In the middle of the card,  please print your secret Identity. Under your name put your official superhero name. On the back of your folded card, in the upper left hand corner, list three of your superpowers. In the lower left hand corner list your "kryptonite". In the upper right hand corner list three of your favorite things. In the lower right hand corner, list three things you're looking forward to learning this year.  Think about this:
Why is it important to consider how people learn with being a student? When being a teacher?
From your past experiences, what do some teachers get right? What do they get wrong?
Should students have input on the learning process?
What do you have to bring to the partnership in order for this to be a successful year?
