Students were given their TIPS assignment and we went over it in class. It is due Thursday. In this TIPS assignment students have to analyze two brain puzzles and solve them by creating a data display/table. I told them to Google Logic Puzzles to see how some are solved.
Data Display TIPS week 3
Today in class students continued gathering data for the Measurement Olympics and finished up the experimentation data collection phase. Tomorrow we will begin to analyze the data and set up our data tables in time for the students to complete the lab write up in their COW.
Vocabulary: Accuracy, Resolution, Precision, Weight, Mass, Volume, SIgnificant digits. Students should complete vocabulary flash cards using the approved format. These are due Friday
We went over the lab data tables students filled out and began analyzing their results.
