Thursday and Friday January 21st & 22nd, 2016

Today's Quote:

8th graders took a 1 question quiz to determine how well they are sitting with the Speed/Velocity equation and none did well. We will go over the homework in depth today. DON'T PANIC!

7th graders began the external anatomy of the frog and will move internally today.

Brain Bender:

How could you give someone $63 dollars using six bills without using any one dollar bills?

8th Grade

While I want to give you time to work on your mousetrap cars, I am concerned that less than 5% of you did well on the velocity problem. We really do need to go over this, so let's back up.

Yesterday's Homework: Who needs more time?

7th grade

You will need goggles, aprons, and gloves. These items MUST be in place throughout the lab. Observe ALL safety practices during the lab including rolling up long sleeves and tying long hair back.

Get a pan, dissection kit and your frog ONE GROUP AT A TIME! Once you have your supplies, return to your seat and do not move around the room unless instructed to do so. Save your plastic baggie.
