Today's Quote:

Recap:

8th grade students were supposed to do their first time trial and were given the homework assignment to graph their first run. A note: I have avoided "doing"your work for you. You were assigned a project and many of you chose to wait. You now must live with your choice. Remember that you learn most from your mistakes so we are done with "working with your car". At this point it either runs or it does not, but your grade is still based upon what you have.

7th grade classes got to delve into the frog anatomy and will finish up this week. WE got a close up look at the heart and liver as well as the gall bladder and fatty bodies.

Brain Bender:

A man left home one morning. He turned right and ran straight ahead, Then he turned left. After awhile, he turned left again, running faster than ever! Then he turned left once more and decided to go home. In the distance he could see two masked men waiting for him. Who were they?

8th Grade Physical Science

Let's be honest, the projects approach is not working. I have given you 4 weeks to prove to me that we can do something different and it is not working so I now must make the choice to go back to what does work.
